Qualifications required:-
Workers in Air Asia should have a bachelor's degree in any discipline from any recognized university in India.

- Applicant must have previous experience with meticulous attention to detail in managing and executing marketing campaigns, and advertising campaigns, social media.
- Applicant must possess the ability to manage multiple projects both in a fast-paced environment and in nature – meeting both time and budgetary deadlines.
- Applicants must have a love for travel, and a deep understanding of different cultures.
- Applicant must have the ability and willingness to work across multiple time zones.
- Applicant must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with senior management and senior external parties.
Selection Process:-
The selection process is purely based on shortlisting. Once the candidate is shortlisted, there will be an Assessment Test and Virtual / Face to Face Interview round.
After successful completion of these rounds, the candidate will receive the joining letter by the company on their registered email id. Freshers and Experienced both are also eligible for AirAsia.
