Job Description-

• Responsible for attending to walk-in customers at branches.
• Responsible for accepting and appraising gold jewelery as per company norms.
• Responsible for processing/documenting loans and other financial services.
• Responsible for cross selling of all products and achieving individual and branch targets.
• Coordination with various banks and preparation of BRS.
• Responsible for carrying out all accounts related work in the branch.
• Responsible for maintaining the upkeep of the branch and ensuring confidentiality in all transactions.
• Responsible for tele-calling customers for regular follow up on interest recovery.
